About Our Granola

Where do you source your ingredients from?

We’re grateful to work with select producers who are as close to home as possible and demonstrate the same level of care that we pour into everything we do.

What is small-batched granola, and why is it important?

Small-batching means preparing granola in small amounts not mass produced.  We bake it low and slow for the perfect golden crunch. It’s how we ensure every batch is fresh, flavorful, and made with care — because real love (and great granola) shouldn’t be rushed.

Any potential allergen exposure here? Do you offer a full list of ingredients and potential allergens?

Depending on the flavor, our granola may contain walnut, pecan, coconut, or egg whites.

Orders & Shipping

When will my order arrive?

You’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours after placing your order. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 days; this of course may vary based on the day you ordered and your delivery address. Once you receive it, don’t forget to snap a photo and tag us on Instagram.

Can I change my order after I’ve placed it?

If you’d like to edit your order or address, shoot us an email at granola@granolawithlove.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make changes before it heads your way.

My package is listed as delivered, but I haven't received it.

Sometimes things happen outside of yours or our control. Please shoot us a message along with your order number at granola@granolawithlove.com

Subscriptions

Is there a minimum commitment for a subscription?

We do require a minimum of 2 renewals before cancelling. You can also pause or push back your next renewal date at any time. Go to My Account to make changes to your subscription or shoot us a line at granola@granolawithlove.com

How do I start or edit a subscription?

Yay to your first subscription! You can follow our super simple sign up, and learn more about our Subscriptions here.

If you’re within 7 days from your next renewal and would like to edit your order, including your mailing address, shoot us an email at granola@granolawithlove.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make changes before it heads your way. Otherwise, you can easily update your order and address by going to My Account.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

If and when plans change, you can easily pause or push back your renewal in  My Account. You can also cancel your subscription anytime after your second renewal.
