Is there a minimum commitment for a subscription?
We require a minimum of 2 renewals before cancelling. You can also pause or push back your next renewal date at any time. Go to My Account to make changes to your subscription or shoot us a line at granola@granolawithlove.com.
Can I update my shipping address?
If you’re within 7 days from your next renewal and would like to edit your address, shoot us an email at granola@granolawithlove.com
as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make changes before it heads your way.
Otherwise, you can easily update your address by going to My Account.
Can I change the flavors I subscribe to?
Of course. The subscription is a great way to ensure your pantry is stocked while trying something new or swapping flavors often.
To edit the products in your subscription, log in to My Account and click on Manage My Subscription. From there, click on your subscription, and then add/remove the products you want and save!
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can easily pause or push back your renewal anytime in my account. You can also cancel your subscription anytime after your second renewal.
